Mission Statement

The Waukee State Bank is organized to provide community focused financial services, consistent with sound banking practices and equitable shareholder returns.  To accomplish this we will:

• Provide quality financial products and services to the markets within the bank's defined trade area.
• Support the Waukee community through involvement in civic, charitable, educational, and cultural activities of the community.
• Manage the bank in such a manner that the shareholder's value is enhanced and their return is consistent with community banks in Iowa.
• Ensure that the staff is recognized, compensated, and professionally enriched in accordance with their efforts and accomplishments.
