| Waukee State Bank is pleased to announce that we have the opportunity to team up with First American Bank! In the coming months, through regulatory and other details, there will be very little to no change. Detailed information should be available in the very near future. We are working hard to make the transition smooth for our customers. When we move forward, likely in mid-August, Waukee State Bank will become part of First American Bank. First American Bank is a privately owned bank with operations headquartered in Clive, Iowa. First American Bank has six additional Des Moines metro branch locations besides the Waukee bank, and ten banks in communities across the state. Complete online, telephone, and ATM/debit banking access in addition to mortgage origination, wealth management, and private banking services will be available. Since 1934, First American Bank has been, first and foremost, a community bank, just as Waukee State Bank has been. The mission of First American Bank is Helping People Succeed, and we are pleased to be part of an organization that is focused on developing relationships, rather than simply completing transactions. The same team of bankers at Waukee State Bank will still be serving our customers and continuing to be part of the community.
